The use of electric valves and how they work

The electric valve simply means using an electric actuator. Operate the valve to complete the opening and closing of the valve. It can be divided into two parts: the upper part is an electric actuator, and the lower part is a valve. Electric valves should undergo simulated action and pressure tests before the equipment is installed. The actuating force distance of electric valves is larger than that of ordinary valves. The actuating speed of electric valves can be adjusted, with a simple structure and easy protection. It can be used to control the flow of various types of fluids such as air, water, steam, various corrosive media, mud, oil, liquid metal, and radioactive media. While traditional pneumatic valves are not easily damaged due to the buffering characteristics of the gas itself during operation, it is necessary to have a gas source, and their control system is also more complex than electric valves. This type of valve should generally be installed horizontally in the pipeline.
