Operation method of electric valve
Preparation before operation
Before operating the valve, carefully read the operating instructions.
Before operation, it is necessary to understand the flow direction of the gas and pay attention to the valve opening and closing signs.
1.3 Check the appearance of the electric valve to see if it is affected by moisture, and if so, dry it; If other problems are found, they should be dealt with in a timely manner and should not be operated with faults.
1.4 For electric equipment that has been out of service for more than 3 months, check the clutch before starting, acknowledge that the handle is in the manual position, and then check the flange, steering, and electrical wiring of the motor.
Operating precautions for electric valves</a>
Precautions for electric valve operation
2.1 When starting, acknowledge that the clutch handle is in the corresponding orientation.
2.2 If the electric valve is operated in the control room, turn the change-over switch to the REMOTE position, and then operate the switch of the electric valve through the SCADA system.
2.3 If manually operated, turn the change-over switch to the LOCAL position and operate the switch of the electric valve locally. When the electric valve is opened or closed in place, it will actively stop working, and finally turn the operation change-over switch to the central position.
2.4 When selecting on-site operated valves, the valve opening and closing indication and valve stem operation status should be monitored, and the valve opening and closing degree should meet the requirements.
2.5 When selecting a field operated fully closed valve, before the valve is closed in place, the electric valve closing should be stopped and the valve should be closed in place using micro motion instead.
2.6 When fully opening or closing the valve for the first time after the stroke and overtorque controllers have been set, pay attention to monitoring its control over the stroke. If the valve does not stop when it is turned to the position, it should be immediately stopped manually and urgently.
2.7 During the process of opening and closing the valve, if it is found that the signal indicator light indicates incorrectly or the valve has abnormal sound, it should be stopped in time to check.
2.8 After successful operation, the power supply of the electric valve should be closed.
2.9 When operating multiple valves at the same time, pay attention to the operation sequence and be satisfied with the production process requirements.
2.10 When opening a larger diameter valve with a bypass valve, if the pressure difference between the two ends is large, the bypass valve should be opened first to adjust the pressure, and then the main valve should be opened: After the main valve is opened, the bypass valve should be immediately closed.
2.11 When sending and receiving pig balls, it is necessary to fully open the ball valves they pass through.
2.12 Operating ball valves, gate valves, globe valves, and butterfly valves can only be fully opened or closed, and adjustment is strictly prohibited.
2.13 During the operation of gate valves, globe valves, and flat valves, when closed or opened to the top or bottom dead center, they should be rotated by 1/2 to 1 turn.
